healthy food
Foods can be classified into two types, unhealthy and healthy food. When we follow to eat healthy food, we can live in healthy and strong body. We want to cook in our house because in our prodaction is fresh and healthy food better than shop foods.
Some people do not have time to cook what they want to eat or they don't want to spend a lot of time cooking. Therefore, they eat foods that littke or unhealthy food a part of no energy. So everybody should to cook whatever they want.
Children mostly like to eat that unhealthy food. If they are eat continuously, they will face trobles so parents must be care about it. They want to arrange the healthy food that the children to eat.
And specially we want to eat on time for our food. That's also one of the healthy life.
